5. Digital Products (Maps & Files)

When you purchase digital products, you receive a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to download and use the files for your personal, non‑commercial use, unless we clearly state otherwise.
Download links are available for 7 days from purchase, with a maximum of 3 downloads and access from up to 2 IP addresses.
All digital sales are final and non‑refundable, except where required by law or where we explicitly state otherwise.
You agree not to share, resell, redistribute, or publicly post our digital files, in whole or in part.

6. Physical Products (Merch)

Our Returns & Exchanges policy is part of these Terms and applies to all merchandise orders.
By purchasing physical products, you agree to the conditions and timelines described in our Returns & Exchanges policy (including 30‑day returns on unwashed, unworn items).

7. Community Content & User Submissions

If we allow user-generated content (comments, posts, photos, reviews, etc.):

You are responsible for any content you post or submit.
You agree not to post anything illegal, harassing, hateful, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.
By submitting content, you grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, display, reproduce, and share that content in connection with Glamis.com (for example, featuring your photo or review on the site or our social channels).

We may remove content at our discretion.

Any information, maps, routes, or recommendations on Glamis.com are for general informational purposes only and may not reflect current conditions, closures, hazards, or regulations.
Off‑roading and dune activities are inherently risky. You assume all risk for your activities, including compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and safety guidelines.
We are not responsible for any injury, damage, loss, or incident arising from use of our information, maps, or products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free, or that information is always current, complete, or accurate.
