Glamis.com Returns, Exchanges & Digital Downloads

We get it—sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s how Glamis.com handles returns, exchanges, and digital products.

Digital Maps & Files

  • All digital map and file orders are final (no refunds on digital downloads).

  • Your download link is active for 7 days from the time of purchase.

  • Each order includes 3 downloads, from up to 2 different IP addresses (for example, your home connection and your phone/hotspot).

  • If you’re having trouble accessing your files within those limits, email us at info@glamis.com within 7 days of purchase and we’ll help you get things sorted (access help, not refunds).

Merch (Shirts, Hoodies, etc.)

  • You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.influx+1

  • Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in re-sellable condition, with all original tags and packaging.

  • We can’t accept returns or exchanges on:

    • Washed or worn items

    • Gear with stains, odors, pet hair, or damage

    • Final sale or clearance items

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email info@glamis.com with your order number and what you’d like to return or swap.

  2. We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your item:

    • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (minus any shipping charges), or

    • We ship your exchange item, subject to availability.

Shipping Stuff

  • Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.

  • If we messed up (wrong item, damaged on arrival), we’ll cover reasonable return shipping.

  • If you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind, you’re responsible for return shipping costs unless we say otherwise in writing.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • Please inspect your order when it arrives.

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email info@glamis.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can fix it fast.
